B-Healthy Platform will enable clinics, wellness hotels, resorts, and other healthcare service providers to link directly to customers for health consultations, treatments, and solutions to better health and well-being with digital technology and integrated artificial intelligence (AI) engine.
At the recent Thailand International Health Expo 2022, the B-Healthy Application was introduced to the Thai market to serve both locals and foreigners.

Mr. Puwanat Yokchawee, Chief Executive Officer B-Healthy Asia Co., Ltd, told Bangkok Post that, “The platform, which was innovated a year ago, aims to promote wellness amid rising aging society, emerging infectious diseases, and growing health consciousness, as well as to fulfill Thailand’s goal as the world’s medical and wellness hub.”
“B-Healthy is the country’s first comprehensive healthcare service platform that brings state-of-the-art technology with European’s certified standard of privacy to serve customers by takingto care of their health. B-Healthy platform provides a multifunction health and wellness service that enables hospitals, clinics, and health systems to deploy clinical, consultations, analytics, and AI tools that improve care and boost revenue. Patients or customers gain easy to access to health and wellness experts at their fingertips at affordable prices and taking advantage of integrated technology.”
Under the concept “Innovating A Healthier You”, B-Healthy is an innovative digital platform that fills the gap between wellness providers and customers. B-Healthy has various platforms including a website, an application that offers health service solutions to customers so they can achieve better health and wellbeing.
A wide range of wellness packages is offered on the platform to help customers achieve better wellbeing physically and mentally through alternative medicine, exercise, fitness, nutrition, and holistic health counseling with professional coaches in various fields. Packages are available at different prices, locations, and lengths of service that customers can choose according to their preference.
Besides being an intermediary connection for health service providers and customers through digital technology, B-Healthy provides training for all service providers, and health coach expertise in various health sciences with direct consultations for customers.
So far, B-Healthy has over 50 certified health coaches from both Thailand and abroad in various fields, covering nutritionists, practitioners of alternative medicine, energy healing, Thai, Chinese medicine, aesthetics as well as specialized doctors from more than 100 wellness clinics, hotels, and resorts, plus over 200 wellness packages.
Mr. Puwanat said that after launching to the Thai market this year, the firm targets expanding the wellness provider network to over 500 in 2023, including at least 1,000 packages for customers to choose from. The company targets 20,000 subscribers including Thais, expats and tourists next year.
The platform is also an international marketplace with coaches fluent in four languages giving consultations, including Thai, English, Chinese and German.
To cover greater markets, B-Healthy plans to expand its network to ASEAN countries next year.

“Specifically, B-Healthy provides a LifeCam which is a non-contact software device that measures a snapshot of saturation, pulse rate, respiration rate, diastolic blood pressure, and systolic blood pressure, simply by looking into the camera on a mobile device.”

According to the company’s study, the value of healthcare business for leading wellness businesses and activities including anti-aging, aesthetic, wellness hotels & resorts, and alternative medicine are worth about Bt200 billion in the Thai market.
It is expected that the value of the market will double to over Bt400 billion in the next few years, following rising awareness of wellness and healthcare. Of these, about a 25-30 percent share of the market will be contributed by digital technology.
