We were approached by Julie from Ruby Violet last year as she was looking to create a completely unique interior for her equally unique ice cream parlour. Her inspiration was the area of original tiles in this listed building that she wanted to reference in her seamless floor...
We worked tirelesslly with Julie to create the perfect design - scaling the tile design down until it suited the space, and laying a subfloor that allowed us to work in the listed building! In her own words it was a challenging site, but we loved the creative and practical challenge of realising our client's vision. In the end we combined the seamless properties of a Sphere8 floor with a bespoke image courtesy of our production partner Displayways. We then adapted the seal coat so it had all the grip and resistance of a ToughSphere floor - creating a truly unique product for a truly unique brief!
